Pay HOA Assessments

There are now two methods available to homeowners for making assessment payments.

As of January 2024, the annual assessment is $600. Owners are welcome to pre-pay their assessment. To do so, simply pay whatever amount you wish as a single payment. The system will credit the payment towards your balance and any remaining balance will be applied to the outstanding assessment amount due, until the payment has been made in full.

Payment by Check

You can always mail a physical check to make a one-time payment. Be sure to make the payment out to Lyndhurst Homeowners Association. Checks must be mailed to the following address:

Online Payments

To make a payment online, you will need to use the online payment system. Please email the Treasurer at: lyndhursthoatreasurer1@yahoo.com​ for more information.

Please note, there is a $20.00 processing fee for making payments online using a checking account or debit card. To avoid this fee, we would recommend paying by check.
