POOL

Lyndhurst offers one junior Olympic sized pool for the use of its residents.

HOURS:
The pool is open daily from 9am to 9pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

POOL AREA ACCESS:
The following list of Rules are highlights and not all inclusive from the LHOA Common Area Rules. Please review the Common Area Rules before using the pool.

A homeowner may enter the pool using an assigned LHOA key fob.
No one may allow another pool user to enter the pool area by “piggybacking” or following someone before the gate door closes.
A homeowner is allowed up to six guests at the pool.
It is strongly encouraged that children under the age of 14 years old enter the pool area accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

POOL AREA RULES:

No alcohol, drugs, or smoking is allowed within the pool area.
Loud or offensive music is prohibited in the pool area. Music volume must be kept at a comfortable level so as not to impose on others.
No profanity, or abusive/offensive language is allowed in the pool area.
Street clothes may not be worn in the pool; proper bathing attire is required

TENNIS COURTS

Lyndhurst has two tennis courts available to its residents throughout the year. Both courts are located near the Clubhouse and Pool.

HOURS:

The tennis courts are open daily from 9am to 9pm.

TENNIS AREA ACCESS:

The following list of Rules are highlights and not all inclusive from the LHOA Common Area Rules. Please review the Common Area Rules before using the tennis courts.

Tennis court access is restricted to the key fob given to homeowners.
Tennis courts exist for Lyndhurst residents; however, guests may play on the courts provided at least one member on a court is a resident (1 of 2 singles players or 1 of 4 doubles players).
Gates should be opened only to enter the court area.
Players should ensure that gates are closed and locked upon leaving.

USE:

All persons using the tennis courts do so at their own risk and responsibility.
Loud talking, shouting, grunting, radios, abusive language, hitting balls against the fences, and other practices annoying to other players or other persons in the area are not permitted.

LAKE LUCINDA

LAKE RULES

No swimming is permitted in the lake.
No trash, rubbish, or refuse, including cigarettes and cigars, will be placed in the lake.
No boats with an internal combustion motor allowed on the lake.
The dam spillway is not to be used to launch boats.
Trespassing on the three islands in the lake is prohibited.

FISHING

Fishing is permitted on the lake under the following restrictions:

Fishing is governed by the fishing rules of the State of Georgia.
Fishing limits are strictly enforced as per the fishing rules of the State of Georgia.
No guest may fish in, or boat on the lake unless accompanied by a member of the LHOA.
